Life decisions are personal. Make room for context, uncertainty and dignity.
Discuss the choice, respect the person
Different circumstances produce different good answers. Challenge an idea without humiliating, harassing or targeting the person sharing it.
Protect privacy
Do not expose another person’s private information. Use anonymous posting when appropriate and share only profile context that you are comfortable attaching to a specific decision.
Participate honestly
Do not impersonate others, manipulate votes, coordinate spam, misrepresent outcomes or use automation to create deceptive participation.
Keep people safe
Threats, exploitation, discrimination, illegal content and instructions that create immediate danger are not allowed. Use in-app reporting and blocking controls when a conversation crosses a boundary.
How enforcement works
Automated signals help identify routine risk. Reports and higher-risk cases may receive human review. Actions can include content limits, removal, temporary restrictions or account termination, with appeals where available.
